A: yes! every single item is made by me — poured, labeled, packed, and loved by hand. no mass production here.

Q: are your ingredients natural?
A: absolutely. i use primarily organic, unrefined, and ethically sourced ingredients whenever possible. no fillers, no shortcuts — just good, clean stuff your skin (and soul) will thank you for.

Q: are your products safe for kids or pets?
A: most of them, yes — especially the pet balm (made specifically for fur babies 🐾). if you’re ever unsure about an ingredient, just ask!

orders + shipping

Q: how long does shipping take?
A: orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. during holidays or market season, it can take a smidge longer — but i promise it’s worth the wait.

Q: do you offer local pickup?
A: yes! i’m based in copperas cove, texas, and you can choose local pickup at checkout or message me before a market to grab your order in person.

Q: can i change or cancel my order?
A: if it hasn’t shipped yet, message me asap — i’ll do my best to help.

Q: what if my package arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: send me an email, text or DM with your order number and a photo. i’ll make it right 🫶🏽

Q: how do i store my balms and blends?
A: keep them in a cool, dry spot — away from direct sunlight or heat. natural ingredients can soften or melt if left in a hot car (they’re a bit delicate like that).

Q: what’s the shelf life?
A: roughly 6–12 months depending on the product and how it’s stored. everything’s made fresh, so you’re getting the best quality every time. always check the product guide for the most up to date and detailed care instructions. find that on the qr code on the product or the kitchen pantry • links section.

Q: my balm melted — help!
A: no worries! just pop it in the fridge for a bit and it’ll firm back up.

Q: can i reuse your jars or tins?
A: yes please! give them a good wash and reuse them however you like — for spices, crafts, homemade gifts or little trinkets. if you like, you can even donate them back to me!

A: yep! once they’re gone, they’re gone. (so grab your favorites before they melt away like snowflakes!)

A: yes — usually with my music blasting, snacks nearby, my fav drink and a messy counter.

A: changes with the season, but right now i’m obsessed with christmas morning and the ultimate sick day blend. one i use monthly is the menstrual blend!

Q: does your house always smell amazing?
A: 99% of the time… the other 1% is just chaos, herbs all over the floor and toys. 😂.
